Abstract:

Scholars in mysticism use metaphoric language certainly not to tell stories but to discuss other mystic topics. Among Muslim scholars, Jalal al-din Mowlavi has used this method. One of the most important and longest stories in his work is the story of Hoosh-Roba palace or Zat al-Sowar palace intended to explain man’s mystic journey. Among Christians, Treza Avilaie (1515- 1582) expresses the same issue in the valuable work called "the palace". This paper mainly concentrates on the comparable aspects of the mentioned works, showing how man’s self has been compared to a beautiful palace.

Abstract:

The issue of kinetic feminism has been organized that has been created in the earlier 20th century for defending the women's right and maintaining their positions against the despotic patriarchal system, and has been come for destroying the dominance of sexual discrimination. A majority of researchers from all around the world has worked in this area and started defending the women's right. Among this intelligentsia in Egypt and France Nejib_mabfouz and Simon de Beauvoir where those who talked about the cruelty against women and their Innocence against the pressure of patriarchal in their own books. This research is going to analyze " two palaces" by Nejib Mahfouz and "the woman destroyed" by Simon de Beauvoir (the famous fiminist writer from France), the symbol of intellectual woman in the 20th century using the Analytical descriptive method in context of cpmarative literature based on the criticism of feministic. The results of this study indicate that both authors criticize the women's behavior and their giving up against the patriarchal System. The women's character in both novels is a sentimental, fragile, dependant and obedient person that has easily given up against the patriarchal System. The patriarchal System in "between two palaces" is indicated with some predispositions like bad behavior of father, his disagreement with the marriage of his children with their favorite husband, not authorizing their wives and children to go out of the house and so on. And in " the woman destroyed", getting married for the second time and love affairs without informing the first wife, preventing children from getting married, not being at home with family and wife and so on are the obvious symptoms of the patriarchal System. Both authors have criticized the patriarchal System and introduced the honorable position of women and holy mother to audiences.

Abstract:

In thoughts of ancient Iranian tribes, divine elements have a special place. These elements in Mithraism were considered sacred. The believers of Mithraic mysteries suggested that spirits came from heavens to the earth and dwelled in the bodies. In order to be purified, these spirits were to go through seven stages. Mithraism makes mention of a seven steps ladder as the symbol of the seven layers of heavens that must be past for being able to reach to the supreme position. Shahnameh makes mention of Kavus attempt for building seven homes on the mountain of Albourz of gold, silver, glass and granite. The present article shows that these seven palaces are the reminders of the ladder of the believers of Mehr.

Abstract:

The main policy of Safavid’s dynasty was based on creating an interior sustainable space and showing the authority of governance in different social and political fields. Safavid kings formed one of the main signs of this saber rattling in the field of the construction and decoration of glorious buildings. Acquiring authority through the architecture of royal buildings leads in expanding numerous buildings in Isfahan and decorating them by different kinds of decorations and beautiful and expensive objects. Despite the palaces of Ottoman kings, Isfahan palaces were constructed in the main area of the city and in public vision and showed their beauty and magnificence to their audiences in their two interior and exterior parts. The current article has been conducted aiming the study and analysis of the role of creating authority of Isfahan palaces in two exterior and interior area and by descriptive-analytical method, as a documentary based study and by using library resources, which seeks the response of this question that what was the role of creating power and political authority in Safavid palaces in Isfahan? The findings of the research shows that the exterior parts which were observed by the public every day was in the line with stabilizing the public position and according to this issue that it was not possible for all people to visit the interior parts of royal buildings and only close people to royals and and foreign ambassadors and tourists could enter and observe these parts, so the parts related to the interior spaces and  paying much attention to their decorations have been done in order to show this authority to foreign ambassadors and tourists; And the Safavid showed a part of their royal power in this manner. This influence mostly led to the Safavid intentions, the result of which can be observed in the writings of these visitors.

Abstract:

There is no doubt that with the normalization of relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia after a long period of tension, one of the most key results of this agreement, that is, its impact on the security relations between Iran and the Arab world, and at the center of it, Iran and the Persian Gulf, is of particular importance. will be. Yemen, Lebanon, Syria and Iraq, during the past years, have always been the scene of indirect confrontation between these two regional powers. But the question is, what is the reason for these tensions? What effect has the agreement between Iran and Saudi Arabia had on the continuation of this cold war, and more importantly, what effect will this informal understanding have on the economic, political and security-military dimensions of Iran and other Persian Gulf countries? Some believe that the tensions between the two countries are caused by the endangerment of the oil-economic interests of these countries, some believe that this fear is caused by the possible increase of Iran's influence in the region, and in the opinion of others, the Arabs are worried about America's tendency towards Iran and perhaps attention less the United States to them. But perhaps these reactions can be explained in the form of defensive realism and according to "Taliaferro" one of its four main assumptions, i.e., the "security enigma", by means of which, every action of a government to increase its security, on the part of governments The competitor is considered as a hostile action. The following article tries to answer this question by assuming that the agreement between Iran and Saudi Arabia, as a factor that caused the security puzzle in the relations between the Arab world and Iran, both before and after it was achieved.

Abstract:

Although historical texts and stone reliefs from the Achaemenid era offer valuable information about the way this vast and mighty empire was managed, archaeological findings that could help determine the detailed designs of ceremonial structures have been very limited. In addition, despite the fact that the construction materials used to build these ceremonial structures and their mere magnitude, were meant to render them indestructible, the scourge of time and the forces of nature have hit them so hard that their retrieval seems impossible without lengthy archaeological studies. If we add the number of royal structures constructed upon the orders of Achaemenid princes, subordinates (known as the Satraps) and other rulers to the number of various regional and seasonal palaces built for the kings, we can easily estimate that the vast territory under Achaemenid rule held tens of such structures. Nevertheless, questions about the exact number of these palaces, their geographical distribution, their forms and functions as well as the political ranks of their inhabitants and the methods used to construct them remain unanswered. The discovery of three palaces belonging to the Achaemenid dynasty near the city of Borazjan (in Iran’s southern Bushehr Province) will help researchers find some answers but at the same time begs further questions about the date of these palaces’ construction, the motives of their builders, their architectural style, as well as the time and causes of their annihilation. This paper, which has been prepared based on data collected from archaeological excavations at the aforementioned sites, is an attempt to answer those questions. Analysis of the collected data has revealed that all three palaces were built at the beginning of the Achaemenid Empire and probably by the same architects that constructed the Pasargad. Based on the same findings, it may also be concluded that the construction of at least one of the palaces was abandoned in an emergency wrought by foreign invasion and possible conflagration.
